Log in first time

You have received an invitation to the online toolkit. This contains the instruction to activate your account. This is possible in two ways:

1. Set your password via the link in the mail
2. Link your account to LinkedIn, so you can log in with your LinkedIn data. Linking to LinkedIn is not available in every environment.

Set your password with the link in the invitation

The invitation contains a link to set your password.

• Click on the link in the invitation.

A screen appears where you can set your password.

• Type your new password. The password must contain at least 8 characters, with at least 1 digit and 1 special character (eg!, $,%)
• Type your password again. This way we check that you did not make a typo at the first time.
• Click on the 'Change password' button. Your password has been set. You are now logged in to the platform.

The link in the invitation is valid for 5 days. Do you get a message that the link has expired? Then request a new password.

2 factor authentication

If 2 factor authentication is enabled on the platform you must after setting your password link an authentication app.

Link your account to LinkedIn

Note: linking to LinkedIn is not available in every environment.

You can also log in with your LinkedIn data. For this you have to link your LinkedIn account to the tool once. Then you can always log in with the push of a button and you do not have to remember an extra password.

Link your account with LinkedIn

You need to link your LinkedIn account once.

• Click in the invitation email on the link "Link your account with LinkedIn".
• LinkedIn then asks for your permission to exchange the necessary data, so that you can log in to our tool via LinkedIn. We are in no way able to see your password or other data from LinkedIn! Enter your email address and LinkedIn password and click 'Allow access'.

You are then automatically forwarded to the tool.

Log in with your LinkedIn account

If your account is linked you can log in to the platform with your LinkedIn account.

• Click on the 'Log in with LinkedIn' link in the log-in screen.
• If you are logged in to LinkedIn, you will be redirected directly to the tool. If not, you must first enter your login details of LinkedIn.
