Delivery

After purchasing a subscription you receive an email with instructions to activate your account within 24 hours.

Subscriptions

The subscription renews automatically at the end of its term.

You can cancel up to at least seven days before the end of the term, by emailing help@toolsfactory.nl.

Not satisfied, money back

Not happy? Email us within thirty days of the subscription starting and we will refund you.

We are of course curious about your reasons, to learn from them, but you get your money back without giving one. Email help@toolsfactory.nl.

General terms

The NLdigital Terms 2020 apply to all our offers and agreements, filed with the District Court of Midden-Nederland, Utrecht location.
