A strategic plan on one page, following the OGSM method: an objective in words, goals that make it measurable, sharp strategies, and measures that split into the indicators you steer on and the actions you carry out.
Writing that plan is the easy part. Where it goes wrong for most organizations is what comes after. The platform is built on three things:
Create. Brainstorm together, shape the plan step by step, and use a score and a checklist to see where it is still vague before execution starts.
Execute. Report on strategies, indicators and actions in minutes. Traffic lights and trends say what the results mean, so a session ends in a decision rather than a status round.
Connect. Link the plans of several teams, so a change in one plan is visible in the other.

To get started you do not need software. A good OGSM can be written on a whiteboard. Software starts to count during execution: when several people report progress, when you want trends rather than snapshots, and when the plans of more than one team have to keep hanging together.
