This page is mostly here for consultants and trainers considering working with us. A fair question when you put your name to a platform: is it used seriously anywhere, or are we your first real customer?
In which sectors
What our customers share is not their sector, but a plan that more than one person has to deliver. That happens in every corner of the economy:
- Financial: insurers, pension administrators, accountancy and advisory firms
- Industry and manufacturing: vehicles, packaging, aviation maintenance
- Agri and food: seed breeders and suppliers
- Transport: shipping companies
- Healthcare: hospitals, elderly care, public health and youth services
- Public sector: municipalities, ministries, trade associations
- Knowledge and education: universities of applied sciences, libraries, sports federations
- Technology and software: software companies and technical service providers
In which sizes
From a single management team to organizations running hundreds of connected plans.
For you as a partner that is the number that matters most, because it decides what kind of engagement comes out of it. With one team it is two or three sessions and then guidance on the rhythm. With a rollout across forty teams it is a year-long programme, and then the software is the least of your worries. What that involves is on connect.
The platform is used in around twenty countries on four continents, including China, Brazil, South Africa and Norway. Toolsfactory is Dutch; the customers are not all Dutch.
Reliable enough to put your name to
What a buyer or a security officer will ask about, and what you do not want to be caught out by:
ISO 27001:2022. Toolsfactory is certified to the global standard for information security. How we fill that in is on information security: an annual risk assessment, development with the OWASP Top 10 as a guide, and regular penetration testing by external experts.
Data in the Netherlands, processing in the EU. The platform runs in the Netherlands. Backups and AI processing stay within the EU.
Two-factor authentication on every plan, and a connection to Microsoft Entra ID for organizations that want single sign-on.
A status page. Current availability is at status.ogsm.online. Not a story about uptime, but the measurement itself.
A data processing agreement on request, and if you have a security questionnaire we fill it in properly rather than pointing you at a PDF.
Why there are no customer stories here
You will find logos and sectors, but no worked-out customer OGSMs. That is a choice.
Publishing an OGSM means publishing the plan itself: what an organization is choosing, what it is giving up, and who is accountable. That is not ours to publish. A supplier who did would be the wrong supplier.
If you want to see what a complete plan looks like, there are two worked examples on ogsm.online. We wrote those ourselves, based on what we see in practice.
