In this copy, please black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). You can use the KopieID app from the Dutch government for this purpose. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.

How we secure personal data

  • Use of TLS (formerly SSL) for encrypting the connection. We send your data via a secure internet connection. You can tell by the address bar ‘https’ and the padlock icon in the address bar.
  • DKIM, SPF, and DMARC are three internet standards we use to prevent you from receiving emails from us in the name of containing viruses, spam, or being intended to obtain personal (login) information.
  • DNSSEC is an additional security measure (in addition to DNS) for converting a domain name (toolsfactory.nl, ogsm.online) to the associated IP address; it is provided with a digital signature. You can automatically have this signature checked. This prevents us from redirecting you to a false IP address.
