OGSM.online does what a team needs to deliver its strategy: get the plan sharp, report on it in minutes, and adjust deliberately at fixed moments. More than 700 teams in twenty countries work with it, from a single management team to organizations running hundreds of connected plans.
The problem we work on
Most plans do not fail because they were badly thought out. They fail because nobody looks at them after the strategy day. The plan goes in a drawer, the daily rush takes over, and a year later the same group of people starts on a new plan.
OGSM.online is built for what has to happen after that: getting the plan sharp, reporting on it in minutes rather than days, and adjusting deliberately at fixed moments.

Doing, learning and adjusting collapses without a rhythm. The platform organises the sessions and collects the progress, so you can guide the conversation instead of the agenda.

Does Toolsfactory run workshops and training?
Not ourselves. We build the software. For facilitated sessions, training and implementation we work with consultancies and trainers who do it every week.
What does the partnership involve?
Two roles you can combine. As a reseller you offer OGSM.online as part of your own services. As a success manager you guide clients to real use of the platform. We handle the software, the security and the support desk.
Where is Toolsfactory based?
