Discussion and brainstorming about future scenarios

With the scenario game you facilitate members, locations or departments to discuss future scenarios with each other. The game takes individuals or teams on a journey through the future. Step by step they become acquainted with the scenarios and discuss opportunities, threats and ideas to respond to them for each scenario.

Overview of scenarios

The game shows the four future scenarios in the axis cross.

The players themselves choose which scenario they want to start with.

For each scenario, a short explanation is given in text and / or video.

Challenges

Within each scenario, the players are presented with a number of challenges.

For each challenge, the players have 5 minutes to discuss and brainstorm. In this way, the momentum remains in the discussion.
After 5 minutes the message 'Time's up!' and a form to record all ideas and comments.

Step by step the players discuss all scenarios and challenges.

Results

When the players have discussed all scenarios and challenges, they see all their ideas in one overview. They can still edit it.

After the ideas have been submitted, the game can be played again. The player can always see his own previously submitted forms again.

The manager of the scenario game can see all submitted forms and thus collect input for refining strategy or policy. You can also feed a summary of the results back to the players.
