The action plan provides insight into the status of actions at a glance. Whether it concerns actions from a strategic plan, an annual plan or project plan, with the Action Plan you always have a grip on progress.

You can immediately see which actions are in progress, what the progress is (a percentage) and whether the action is going according to plan (green, orange, red). By posting an update, the responsible person provides insight into the status and the results.

Through a direct link with the online tool OGSM Plan you can also see the status of the actions in the OGSM overview.

The Action Plan as a scrum or kanban board

The scrum board or kanban board shows an overview of all actions. You can see the status immediately in the columns. This way you keep an overview and you immediately see what you still need to do, what you are working on and what has been completed.

Action plan: achieving results and continuous learning

The Action Plan provides an overview of all actions in three columns:

  • Still to do: all actions for the future
  • In progress: all actions that are currently being worked on
  • Completed: All actions completed

With each action you can see the progress (percentage), whether the action is on schedule (red, orange, green), the deadline, who is responsible and status updates.

Filter the overview by person responsible or by labels that you have attached to actions.

Group the overview by responsible person or label or strategy (if the actions are linked to a OGSM Plan).

Post updates to promotions to keep your team members informed of progress or to ask questions.

As person responsible for an action, you can update the status or change the action. The administrator can change all actions.

Every change in the Action Plan is recorded. You will receive an update at:

  • Starting or completing an action
  • Changes in progress (percentage and traffic light)
  • Changes to the deadline
  • Changes to the content of the promotion
  • New reactions to a promotion
